Video have confirmed that the Cyberman box set, due to be released
in November, will contain the Colin Baker story "Attack
of the Cybermen" and the
three existing episodes of the 1966 William Hartnell story "The
Tenth Planet".
(This was William Hartnell's last solo story
as The Doctor, and the adventure that introduced the Cybermen to the
series).
The box set
will be a double-tape feature which will also include a reconstruction of "The
Tenth Planet's" last and 'lost' episode. This reconstruction is being
carried out by Ralph Montagu of the Doctor Who Restoration Team
and will be full-length.
Instead of including a CD with the package, the entire
episode will be reconstructed using all
available video material and with the complete audio soundtrack on
the tape.
