| "The Lion" to be Released on Video in

| The Crusade |

 BBC Worldwide
has confirmed that they are are planning to release the first episode of "The
Crusade - The Lion" that was recently returned to the BBC Archives from New
Zealand as part of a double video box set in Jun 99.
It is planned to release this story in a similar way as the "Ice
Warriors Box Set" was last year with the newly found episode 1, the already
existing episode 3 "The Wheel of Fortune", and an audio CD of episodes 2 &
4. It is also hoped that there will be linking narration by William Russell,
the actor who played Ian
Chesterton.

The second part of
the box set will be "The Space Museum", the four part story that immediately
followed "The Crusade". There may even be some postcards and a colour still
included. All this could happen in Jun 99 subject to the necessary clean up and
clearances being obtained.
