The Latest Video News....

Released in October 2003, on VHS, is the Third Doctor 6 part story "Invasion of the Dinosaurs" which completes this era of video releases.

For early 2003 the BBC were planing to release the 10th anniversary story "The Three Doctors" on DVD. This classic story reunites the first and second incarnations of The Doctor with his third. It was due to be released in January but has now been released in November to coincide with the 40th Anniversary. It contains a commentary by Nicholas Courtney, Katy Manning and Producer/Director Barry Letts. As this is a special story and is being released at a special time this DVD is being presented in a special box which contains a Corgi di-cast metal model of Bessie - The Doctor's bright yellow roadster.

The BBC also releasesd in November on VHS "The Reign of Terror Box Set". This includes the first three episodes and the sixth. It has a linking segment for the missing two episodes. Also included in this box set is the previously unreleased Troughton episodes 1 and 3 of "The Faceless Ones" and episode 1 of "The Web of Fear". This release completes all the available episodes on video.
